Subscription & invoices

You manage your subscription in your account. Link (Stripe) sells it and issues the invoices.

Change or cancel

  1. In your account: My licenses. A license with a subscription shows when it renews and what it costs.
  2. Choose Change plan (or Upgrade to Pro), Change number of servers, Change payment method or Cancel subscription.
  3. Upgrades and more servers apply right away, and you pay the difference. Fewer servers, Standard or monthly start at your next renewal; until then you can undo the change.

More servers: a license key for each new server appears under My licenses and arrives by email. Fewer servers: if more servers are active, choose which ones stay; otherwise the ones that checked in longest ago are released at your next renewal. You get an email 7 days before.

You can still manage the subscription at Link with the email address you used to buy. Cancelling also works when your license is paused or revoked.

After cancelling

The subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed. Then a grace period of 7 days follows, after that restricted mode: your apps, Plex, VPN and backups keep running; the server runs like Standard, and CloudZH updates, new apps and new users pause. Payment due

If a payment fails, My licenses shows Payment due. Check your payment method at Link; otherwise the server runs in restricted mode after the grace period.

Invoices

Invoices lists every invoice with number, date, amount and status. View opens it, PDF downloads it.

Your data

Security → Download my data gives you everything we store about your account as a JSON file, including licenses and servers. Passwords and keys are never included.

Delete your account

Security → Delete account, confirmed with your email address. A running subscription is cancelled in the same step, at the end of the period you paid for; your licenses keep working until they end. Invoices are kept by Link as required by law.
