Your license email
The license service emails your license keys from support@cloudzh.app, usually within minutes. You also find them in your account under My licenses.
What is in it

Why a confirmation: someone who sees your license key on a screenshot still cannot activate a server. Each new server needs your OK by email or in your account, unless it comes from CloudZH Setup in your account. Compare the match code (for example 3F9-A21) in the email with the one on your server.

Anyone who knows a key can try to activate a server, which you then have to confirm. To see a key again, choose Show next to it under My licenses and confirm with your password or passkey. Someone else may know a key? Replace it in your account.
No email after a few minutes? Check your spam folder. Under My licenses you see your keys, and Send by email sends them to you again.
The installer
The installer is a file named like cloudzh-0.77.5-stable-customer.tar.gz. Download it in your customer account under My licenses → Download installer; the button is there as soon as you have a valid license, from a purchase or a code. Next to it you find the SHA-256 checksum to verify the download (sha256sum <file> on Linux, Get-FileHash <file> in PowerShell).
