Get a license

One license covers one server, as Standard (one dashboard account) or Pro (every feature, accounts for family and friends). Buy a subscription, or redeem a code from one of our promotions.

Redeem a trial or gift code

1. Open the link you received, for example https://account.cloudzh.app/redeem/<CODE>, or go to Redeem code in your account and type the code.
2. Click Redeem. CloudZH then shows what the code gives you, for example Trial for 30 days, 1 server(s).
3. Your license is ready: the license and its key appear under My licenses, and the key also arrives by email within minutes.

Not signed in yet? The link asks you to sign in or create an account first. If the code is no longer filled in after you confirmed your email, open the link again or type it under Redeem code.

• A trial license covers one server and ends by itself, without a grace period. There is one trial per account and one per machine. You get a reminder 14 and 3 days before it ends.
• Want to keep it? Under My licenses choose Buy this license, or buy in your dashboard. The license, its key and your server stay the same, and your remaining free days are kept: the first payment is taken when they end. If you already have a subscription, the license becomes one more server in it.
• Some codes extend a license you already have. CloudZH asks which one.
• Discount codes for a subscription do not go here. Enter them on the payment page.

Buy a subscription

1. Click Buy in your account.
2. Choose Monthly or Yearly and the number of servers. Each server needs its own license.
3. Click Continue to payment. Payment runs on Stripe; the seller is Link (Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company), and taxes are calculated for your country.
4. After paying you are back under My licenses. The license appears within seconds with one license key per server; the keys also arrive by email.
